The piece is an interview with the owner of a prominent Maine auction house. They are discussing collectible firearms, but the themes of waves of interest, of collectors' demographics, and the cold economics of investments. Several themes carry over to the vehicle hobby. Notably, buy what you like and be cautious of heavily restored pieces which are not what they appear to be.
