Perhaps you are correct Master Tonner-Oh

... I should actually give the FP to my youngest as
her dad and family was from Texas (Dallas) and dear
old dad could use another bump on his haed

Well ... about 10 more sleeps until I get to move into
my new digs ... am still camping out in that tiny motel
unit with all my boxes and don't know if I'll survive
another 10 sleeps

and y'all thought everything was bigger in Texas!

That frying pan would hardly raise a bump Karmen, although it's probably the perfect size for practicing your technique with!
Good to hear you're getting new digs. As one who's spent months in motels while working out of town, I know how easy it is to get cabin fever.
Has Spring hit Cranbrook yet? You should be getting buds on the trees soon.

CHIMO!

Now, now Master Sapper-Man ... have you not heard that old saying that "it ain't what ya got it's the way that ya use it"? I have faith in my abilities to figure out other effective techniques. Also, when one can't raise a big bump, sometimes a little one in the right spot will do the trick

Cabin fever, getting bushed, sounds about right. A couple of weeks is one thing, a couple of months is a real test of endurance : My new digs will be a joy ... it's a couple of blocks from Safeway and other businesses I need ... 1BR apartment ("flat" to you foreigners ) main floor of house, separate entrance, laundry facilities in basement. I'm good to go by April 1st!

Yes ... buds have been on tree-like things for some time, but hardly growing so far, BUT lots of blades of green grass showing in the brown stuff. Amount of snow on mountains comes and goes and with being above zero last few days, going more than coming. Very promising Tends to be a cold wind/breeze blowing off the mountains when the sun shines, but getting less cold!

I'm ready for the WARMTH of spring and blossoming things ...

By the way ... I told Sunray that I approached a couple of antique and 2nd hand stores, looking for SRD jugs ... one store owner had never heard of them and he's into collecting jugs personally!!! Now he knows about them, the first one that crosses his path will be his, the next 2 for you and Sunray if you guys are so inclined and like the prices) ... although, don't hold your breath as he's had his store for years and has NEVER had an SRD jug come through his store BUT ... ya never know.

The only "military" thing the guy has in the store right now is a Canadian helmet ... with the owners name written inside. The owner will let me know of any military-ish things that come through in future, especially SRD jugs ...

So, you see? Ma Yappy does NOT forget her friends of MLU!!! So there

Ma Yappy sends and ends ... (for now)

Ah, you are so very cheeky today, Sir Mark-O. May your beard hairs fall out one by one, forever, until you are bare-faced and will have to go shopping for chin-toupee's if you still wish to cover yourself
