Default Ford Parts Help ID

Am restoring a Ford 01T and have come across parts numbers with a D beside them. I assumed they were Australian but a clearer D showed that inside the D there are two short lines. One vertical from the bottom and the other horizontal from the left side. They stop short of each other but would make a square inside the bottom left corner of the D if they met. Whats the saying? A picture is worth a thousand words!!! or something. Is this an Australian made part?
