Default ABC tv (oZ)

"Collectors", ABC1 8.00pm,Friday 29. includes the chance to "meet a man who loves large military vehicles". Wonder if this is another case of Tank Love?

Default Just seen it

Just been on tellie tonight . Looked to be in West. Aust. going by the number plates .

I didn't catch the fellas name . Interesting collection he has but I didn't like the livery at all .. all finished in the same modern 3 tone camo scheme and those US stars on the stude and half track looked very out of place with the paint job . He needs some advice on correct paint schemes .

I saw a few Land Rovers , Acco, Mutt, US6 Stude, White? half track , Ferret .

Wasn't too bad overall . Not like some shows that try to depict the ' boys with toys' syndrome .

Mike

Rob Stollard ? 11 vehicles all road registered. Paint scheme did look a little out of place, but maybe thats my green eyes of jealousy.

Default Paint scheme

Yes, I watched it too. The half track and Stude were nice but that paint scheme common to everything was interesting (unusual) as were some of the other accoutrements on the other vehicles such as the half track.

Can't say I've come across Rob before either.

I think somebody is already chasing him to join REMLR.

The cam schemes on everything must have been a bulk paint purchase, althoguht teh schemes on the land rovers looked correct, although rare on an ambulance.
