Default What is this?

Came across the pieces shown in the pictures below in a box of parts that came with my truck.

The first appears to be some kind of a "T" wrench with a square hole in the end that's about 3/8" square.

The second were two each of the item shown in the second set of pictures.

I haven't a clue as what either of these two are for; any help identifying either will be most appreciated!

Regards,
Jim

Default My Guess

Hey Jim, The T piece looks like a key to fit hatch locks like those on Ferrets, will you take 5 bucks for it?

Jim,

The semicircular covers are to protect the head and side lamp wiring on Daimler "Dingo" Scout cars, they bolt under the front mudguards, it more than likely that the T key is for the Daimler engine cover locks. As these locks are the same parts on Ferrets, then Wayne is correct.

and the other item is a red ballpoint pen

Wayne and Richard:
Thanks for helping me identify those parts! In the meantime I discovered that the wrench fits the drain plugs located near the water pumps on the engine. And, the red pen is a BIC.....

Jim

Default Odd parts to have

The Daimler description fits. Your owner had a Daimler some years ago. Also the key is similar to the drain plug wrenches issued with Carriers. A Ford stock tool.
