Default CMP en el Ejercito Argentino

I want to share a few old photographs of the Argentine army, when he was in service CMP trucks purchased in Belgium , post-WWII in exchange for wheat.
The first photo shows the back of a CMP with communications equipment.
The second photo is of some maneuvers developed in the 60s, in Patagonia. Unfortunately, no good definition.
Apologies if this issue started in the wrong place!

Cordiales saludos

It is always a pleasure to see period photos of CMP trucks in service with the Armies of the world. Thank you for sharing them.

In the first photo I am assuming that the man sitting on the frame at the back is pedaling a generater to power the radio's?

Default Ola Luis

I poseer uno CMP ex-Argentino aqui en Tejas.

I was told the original owner drove my CMP from Argentina to Chicago, Illinois in 1977. Sometime after that it was sold to an American who used it on his farm until I bought a few years ago. When I bought it it had a metal Argentina Automobile Club crest on the grill and the tires were stamped in Spanish. I have tried to contact the Argentina Automobile club via email but have received no response. I have several questions that I would like answered, such as who did the conversion from Right-hand to Left-hand drive and if the frame was lengthened in Argentina by the military or civilians. I've been looking for a contact in Argentina to assist me, would you be willing to aid me in my search?

Gracias, Derek.
