Default New photos of old vehicles at the Proving Ground

Today I had an opertunity to veiw some archives and photograph some of the vehicles that have passed through the Proving Ground in Victoria.
So, I thought the best thing to do would be to share them. I will post other photos in the carrier and armour sections.
They are not for sale; however, if you would like a larger copy let me know and I can email a high res image. All photos were taken by myself holding the camera by hand, some may be a bit blurred. It was a time thing.

Default old trip

Many years ago the VMVC went on a club trip to the Monageeta test track. They let us drive our vehicles around some sections of the test tracks.... reliving what happened during WW2 . Probably wouldn't be possible today with the higher security being enforced everywhere. Interesting history that place has .. I believe even one of our MLU members when in the army , drove vehicles there .. trying to break them

I don't think it would be that out of the question because I think the facility can still be hired by other users.

Their photo collection would certainly be interesting to see.

This is one of the metropolitan breakdown trucks built on surplus C60S No6 arty tractors.

Default Late Canadian FGT

As seen in Argentina these days, the latest type canvas roofed Canadian FGT.

This Mack may be the same one for sale on FarmHub.

From what I can see in the photo, it is a NM Mack 6x6. This I believe, is a very rare truck.
