WS Earthing pin ID

Hi everyone

I recently picked up a number of WS Earthing pins. Amongst them was the pin on the right side. All the rest were identical to the other 2.

Does anyone have any idea as to what the right side pin was for.

And before anyone asks

none are for sale. Sorry
