The operators manual was just a supplement for the Cdn2 manual. I do have spares of the supplement.
Parts list was the M38/M38A1 parts manual updated several times, each time with a new NSN. There was a small addition of around a half dozen pages if I recall that made the early manual into the Cdn3 manual. I do not currently have those pages myself.

M38/m38a1 parts list
What has been overlooked in this discussion is that Parts List 7610-21-843-6996 covers both the M38 and the M38A1 and with the updates includes the M38A1 CDN2 and 3 Supplements. In its complete form it is over 600 pages but invaluable to the collector who may have both an M38 and an M38A1. I regard this as a rare manual but valuable manual, so I have had reproductions made. PM me for details.
