Default CMP Chev nosecone

cmp nosecone, believed to be off a C60, has been sand blasted and painted a desert colour with a regimental emblem on passenger front corner, ready to fit as is or give a lick of paint to match yours, originally intended using as so good but my original has been modified and i would have to cut this a bit to fit so dont see point in modifying such a good one, will just fix up mine. $150 ono
not sure how to upoad pics yet but if you send me your email address i can send pics to you,

thanks Andy

Andy, uploading photos is easy. Below the box you type posts in there is a button " Manage Attachments" click on this and a seperate screen appears. Click on "Brouse" find the picture you want on your hard drive double click on it then click on "Upload" and wait. You can do this five times per post. You May have to resize your photos to fit the parameters shown on the upload screen.

Hi Andy

I deleted some of your quotation text. Otherwise we've got only quotes in this topic and hardly any other text

Looks like your Blitz nose has been on ebay before, hasn't it?

Greetings
Chris

Default Shipping to Canada

hi Jason,

I would'nt have a clue where to start or what if any paperwork is required, it is heavy so would imagine the cost would be heavy but if you are interested I can make enquiries.

Cheers,

Andy

I would be interested to know the cost. If it is not too much I may be interested in it.

Well I can say that 16 kgs of ammo box to the UK from Aus. cost $150, and will take 3-4 months sea freight.
The cost for the nose cone would be prohibitive I would have thought due to its size as well as weight, you can't post it via Aussy Post, it would need to go through a freight handling Company and consolidated into a container load
Andy, the problem with getting rid of a nose cone is that they are generally indestructible and so easy to get hold of. I swapped mine for 4 photographs and was more than happy to get anything at all. Put it on E-bay with very low start price and you may get something for it, it will probably go to a good home, and you will have some space.
That said, welcome to MLU, there is a lot of information in the Brains Trust here, sure you have tried the Search facility, if in doubt, ask.
Rich.

Hi Rich,

you are right on the freight company and shipping which would make it exhorbatant.
I may just modify it and fit it to mine as it will save me sanding and prepping the existing one.

Sorry jason, looks like a non starter.

Cheers

Andy

I know mike. I have not asked him yet for any parts. I saw the nose and took a shot. I am looking for seats, bows, and some other tin parts to complete our truck. I will put up a post when we have a better idea what we are in need of. Thanks very much for the help.
