Carrier suspension ?

I've been doing a lot of work on my suspension lately,and in the process got the springs for the front and rear bogies mixed up.There are 8 long and 8 short,and I am wondering which goes where?The short have 10 coils and the long have 10.5 coils,for about .75 inch difference.
