The Picture description for the wiring harness says Chev C60L but the price description says ford? Ford or Chev?

How many of the parts in the first picture do you include as:
Nose Cab for Gun tractor 100$ Can
I need most of those parts.

I'll take the Cab 11 front sheet metal parts and the Ford wiring harness. I'll send a postal money order and you can ship by Greyhound with freight collect.
