This probably is the wrong forum but here goes.
Does any one know what the value of an inert, intact 2 pounder shell is now? It is WWII 1942 Also I have a working infrared nightscope for an early NATO tank. In working order including the magifying optics, will run on 12 or 24V needs active IR source. It is a cool toy but I doubt I will ever get a tank for it. I paid $300 for it years ago. (I bought a starlight scope after that ....even cooler!)(and lighter) Again anyone think there is interest in this? Dont even know where to get an appraisal on these sorts of things.

Hi, 2 Pounder anti tank shell cases on there on (just the brass case) go for as little as £10 with fuze intact on UK e-bay. If you have an unfired complete one they are for sale at the war and peace show for up to £70. If you shop about you can get them for £30 to £45 each. I bought 3 like this from W&P.
2 Pounder pom pom rounds are even cheaper. hope this helps.
