Default What is a "Flitzer"?

Would anybody be in the position to explain me, which vehicles were named "flitzer" by the Germans in WW2.

I found this espression for the smaller CMP but as well for the Jeep.

Default Flutz

Seems to be a corruption of an ice skating term. Check here. Although how it is applied to vehicles I don't know.
