C15A pedal cut out

Hi again.

I discovered that my drivers floor plate have "bubba" cut outs for the pedals. The clutch pedal would do fine without this cut out, but the brake pedal would scratch against the left hand side of the hole in the plate without it.

I do not believe the pedal is bend, and cant find no obvious reason for the pedal not beeing in the center of the original cut out.

Is it common for C15 for pedals scratching against the floor panel? I can understand if so that someone did this modification then
