Gentlemen: Changed the tires over on the HUP and now have for sale 4 English Pattern 9:00 X 16 Tires. Each one has a tube and liner, although the liner was pinched in one tire and could probably do with a minor patch. The tread is in very good shape but the walls are weather checked.
