I just ran across a bit of Canadian military code/terminology I have never seen before in an article I was reading. It referenced an individual as follows:
LtCol Joe Blow, A/U Blah Blah The rank and Blah Blah made sense to me but I have never seen the "A/U" abbreviation before. Can anyone tell me what it stands for, if it is common, or perhaps just the poor schmuck's attempt at identity crisis management? Thanks, David |
