Default Aust. Pattern 3 ton CMP ambulance

Hi folk. Here is 4 pics of my 1/35 scale Cab 13 CMP Australian Pattern Ambulance. I have not weathered or decaled the truck yet but it will be marked as a Queensland Line of Communication vehicle circa 1943.

Any comments welcomed and thanks to all those that helped with information.

the red cross and white circle are painted on. Decals will be made and weathering done when I have done the artwork for the decals. Also I have to add 4 stretchers as well

Cliff,

The model looks very good. Which wheels did you use? Did you use the center of the Italeri 15 cwt wheels and scratched the tires?

I am thinking of building a Australian CMP model once, maybe a Gun tractor or Signal Van.

I still have to find the C60X and F60H info for you......

Alex the wheels are Tamiya LRDG chev rims (modified) with highly modified 'Tomy' rubber tyres on them then molded and resin copies made.

thanks for the comments Alex

Cliff,

Ok, so you did quite some work on the wheels! Well, I have to compliment you, they resemble the C60S/F60S wheels very well!

I love to see the model when it's finished.
