Dodge WC-41 Emergency Repair truck

Going through the ARN126 listings I recently found a few Dodge WC41 Emergency Repair trucks listed, only to find that one of these trucks in the listings is the vehicle that W.K restored although the numbers don't seem to match.

edit: seems that the truck that W.K. restored is a different truck to the WC41 trucks listed in AWM 126- the numbers do not match.

The Victorian vehicle that Dave mentioned in his write up: at one point in time I had the cab from this vehicle, the truck was found back in the 1970s by VMVC member G.B. who passed it onto VMVC member Roger McG, at Sunbury. Roger eventually sold his 1/2 Tonner project and I ended up with the cab. The rare 1/2 Ton WC LWB chassis was cut in half ( a funny and tragic story in itself ) Before I aquired the cab from Roger, the instrument panel had been cut out and relocated to the right hand side , I returned the instrument panel to the left hand side. I sold my 1/2 Ton Dodge projects on and the cab ended up in QLD .
