Default And it's in California!

Hey Alex

Look at the shipping information.

You could fly down and drive it back!

Talking

A good friend of mine, who is also an occasional member of this forum (Andreas Mehlhorn) owns THREE of these in Germany. I have spent many hours on the back of one of them, both at Beltring and Southampton, including getting thoroughly stuck in a bog. They're loads of fun...

Default A little bit expensive

Doesn't look too bad on the small pictures. If serial number is correct, it ist really a early 1942 one.

The problem is the price. I don't think that they sell at that price. Some weeks ago there was one on EBay Canada. Starting bid was US-$ 67.000. Auction ended without bids.

See attached picture: Shows me on a really early Kettenkrad. Nr. 38 of all. No earlier one known. Picture taken a month ago in the forrest, after lunch in a restaurant. Yes, we drove to the restaurant with the Kettenkrad.

Best regards from Germany
Andreas

Default Forest pic

Beautiful to see when they are not trailer Queens! And to think, Honda says that it is the father of the ATV! Bah! Looks like fun Andreas.
