Hi guys how does the pin that holds the clutch fork on the shaft come out
does it need to be filed down on one end and a centre punch used Thanks

Hi Jason,
That sound about right. Replaced my cross shaft and bushings many year ago and seem to remember doing it that way, filing the edge of the pin where it had been flattened then knocking it out with a pin punch. Just make sure you put the head of the pin on the upper side of the fork when you reinstall it. At least it won't drop out that way. Give the other end of the pin a ding on the side to keep it in.
