Default Vintage Brass Field Guns

Just watched a news clip on Her Majesty's Sapphire Jubilee this year. They showed a Royal Salute in some park, possibly in London, by four vintage brass field guns.

Anyone see it and know anything about these guns? Very elegant looking, if that is an appropriate word for such an item.

David

It was a 41 gun salute from different venues around London, all firing around noon. Those are the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery in Green Park and Hyde Park. It’s a mounted unit with teams of six horses each pulling a WW1 era 13 pounder field gun. I think they have six of them. Ron

There was also a four gun salute on the side of the Thames by the HAC (Honourable Artillery Company )
Which were four highly buffed up 105mm Light Guns.

I'd imagine they were slightly less buffed-up after firing a Royal Salute of 62 rounds. (Fifteen and a half RPG.)

Chris.
