No1) mostly complete needs minimum head gasket
No 2) missing minor parts
No 3) Engine only

Has one canvas cover included
Unsure of what is required for operation, but you should be able to build one from the batch. Sold as-is.
No other parts or accessories included.
All engines turn over and are NOT seized.
Appears to been rewired for 24v, but unsure.
No longer have time nor interest to complete.
Making room for other projects...AKA wife says "They gotta go"
