Hi Chuck it is a British light. I forget what make, but some are marked WD xx.
Seen on and required for many war time vehicles in G.B. I have some slowly on the way here, for my AOP carrier. some are blackout lights and some are straight marker lights as per yours. They are easy to spot by the big mounting tube and spacer. They are rather expensive, but you will find what you want by watching British ebay. Butler and Lucas, I think.
