Military Radio Antenna Base

The photos and the part numbers speak for them self. The unit has 2 small bolts miss on the top end. Also, the unit had a wee bit of damage to the thread, which I cleaned up. Again, you can see in the photos. I've seen a couple on Ebay, but someone make me a reasonable offer.
