ok i know we have all done it. something silly when working on a carrier that you laugh afterwords.
i found out that you can put the steering plate in 4 diffrent ways, and they all fit (sort of). ![]() what did you do??? dave

Wasn't me, but I have heard rumours of a certain Carrier owner (not here on MLU, but should be at Corowa) who shall remain nameless, who was supposed to have re-installed the rear axle assembly upside down (or L to R), re-installed the track, engine, everything else and when he got in to drive it out of the shed in 1st gear, it shot backwards into a workbench scattering tools. Confirmation from the person is naturally hard to come by
