Desert Carriers

I'm looking for any evidence or pictures of Canadian built carriers in desert paint serving in Canadian units. The most likely time this might have occurred is in Italy when the Canadian 5th Armoured Division inherited ex-British 8th Army vehicles from North Africa. There were desert camouflaged CMP trucks in Italy, but can anybody point examples of carriers so coloured?
