Default Mack NO question

I miss my CMP (F60S Tipper) that I had years ago, however thanks to MLU and these wonderful forums I can still get my CMP fix whilst no actually having one, at present.

Anyhow, although this is not about a CMP it is a vehicle that seems to have had some limted service in commonwealth armies.
A friend of mine is restoring a Mack NO 3 Artillery Tractor and although resonably complete the Cab interior is a bit of a mistery.

Does anyone have any drawings or pictures available of the interior of the Cab, in particular the dash area. Also I am interested in any Workshop Manual/s (perferably WWII) for such a Beast. I have a parts list from 1952 but does not show any drawings etc apart from an external view of a truck

Alex,

Thanks for that, the one that we have is in NZ is the NO 3 model that is shown at the bottom of the photos by Leijon Schoot on the link to tanxheaven.com.

If Leijon Schoot watches the forum It would be good to get in touch. I will also try the web master at Tanxheaven. His site has great photos of the vehicle but nothing inside the cab

Alex that thread is the LMSW 53 Mack which is similar to the NR models. I do have pics and info on the NR (including the dash) but not on the NO and am not sure if they were the same or not.

cheers
Cliff

Default Mack

Kev. Do you know Peter Savonjie, Islington st. Ponsonby, Auck. He might own a manual for the Mack. Say hi to him from me.
