This is a Ford Gear [driving] and Differential Gear Case Assembly it is 5.83 to 1 ratio.
Its new old stock and in perfect condition a rare beast to find this is probably for a MK1 Universal Carrier and its part number is COIUC 4201 S. and is identical to the 91T 4203 which was used on a variety of Ford Commercials
