Default Governor General's Horse Guards marking

Hi gentlemen!
Would it be correct to have a green square with number 61 on it for a Lee tank use by the GGHG in England in 1942? I am building on in 1/35 and was not sure for the markings. With all the knowledge you have i'm sure you can help me with this one
