Sorry For The Outage
Server crashed and it took them a long time to get it up & running completely (html first then mySQL database). WE ARE NOT AMUSED. I've told them that this is unacceptable, and that if they wish to keep my business, then they'd better sort themselves out.

The best deal I get these days is from a reseller hosting company out west. Between my own and others, I host nine domains now through a single IP, with x-amount of disk space and x-amount of bandwidth, both figures being substantial. This system uses WHM/Cpanel, which seems to work pretty well in its own right.
In those respects all is well, but within the last six months I've been increasingly concerned about frequent outages, up-time and service in general. Time to good looking again... same kind of package needed, if you have any recommendations...
