It looks like someone has assembled your slave cable already.
The clamp needs to be removed and the rest taken apart. Once the clamp is removed the ruber handle needs to be pulled off. You should be left with the main metal body and a rubber insert with the two contacts inside.The insert needs to be punched out and the two contacts removed. Then you reassemble over the cable
