Default Seeking Armoured O.Ps. and Brens

Hi! Guys. (generic)
This Kiwi would like to know of the existence of any other carriers of the "O.P." variety in particular the "Carrier, Armoured,O.P, No1, MkIIIw. (T84991) I am in need of detail of the observers shutter, the mounting of the oil cooler, and the air duct at the rear of the hull. (as well as the many small parts I am looking to procure)
Any info will be appreciated, including guidance toward any publications specific to this carrier.
Second question. Do any Bren carriers still exist elsewhere?
(proper ones I mean, as in " Carrier, Bren. No. 2, Mks I and II.
We have two here in "Godzone," but I've never heard of any others. Please advise. ......Thanks
Lynn Eades.

Default Portees & MkIs ?

Hi Tony, and Rob,
Firstly thanks for the replies, over 100 lookers so far, and until yours came back Rob, I thought there were none of either out there. To answer you Tony, Im sorry I dont Know about Portees. I did know of one ,but it was incomplete. Obviously theres one or it woudnt have made it into your picture! If The question was did we have them, well then yes Im sure there would have been a few of them. Most of our Military vehicles during wwII were supplied by Canada under lend lease. The Bren carrier in your picture is one of six that came to N.Z. before (dont recall exactly)wwII. One of them is in the Waiouru Military Museum, and the one in your photo belongs to one Bruce Cameron of Christchurch. The story of this carrier appears in one of the Wheels and Tracks magazines, and on a web site.
My question to you Rob is, What kind of MkIs? Im guessing you mean O.P. rather than Brens. Im under the impression that there are no English Bren Carriers left anywhere in the world, other than these two in N.Z. If What you have Rob are O.P. carriers then I would be very interested in some details of the shutter
Once again, thanks guys.
Lynn.

Lynn, I heard the Tank Museum, Brussels, Belgium recovered a couple of Bren Carriers (not Universals) from a place somewhere in Belgium where the BEF left them in 1940.

Lynn, methinks Rob means "Universals", as in that fine Ford of Canada product... up here, the popular term 'Bren Gun Carrier' is synonomous with 'Universal'...
