Default Calling All Rotters...

This is to inform you that Wild Willy will be in Town during the week of 21 March. It is therefore appropriate to call an extraordinary meeting of the Ottawa ROTters. The question is when:

I suggest either the night of the 21st or the night of the 22nd at 1700 hrs.

Rotters will please report in and voice their preference...

Mike - you are excused - teaching in Aldershot is a poor reason for not attending, but it will do...

P.S. Texas was a riot! Stories at Gracies!

So Rob, did your sphincter survive Texas intact or have you been singing, "The burnin' ring of fire!" You'll have to teach your fellow Rotters to do the Boot Scootin' Boogie! (Geoff, we need a smilie with a cowboy hat or a six shooter or sumthin')

You make it a parade and hold it both nights....
50% attendance is mandatory....
I'll be there both nights to take attendance......
My kind of leadership...

Isn't holding it in the middle of the week somewhat counterproductive? I mean, nobody from out of town can make it...

Er, thanks for asking...While I try to avoid references to that part of the anatomy (except when writing about a certain Cdn political party and some of its supporters), I can only say this: Burnt once - forever shy.

I got some great shots of the new (to me) ADA Museum at Fort Bliss. Nice upgrade from the old building. I'll see about having some of them posted later - perhaps in a "Name that Missile" contest...

Default A Proposal...

Not that type of proposal...I propose that the Rotters attempt to hold an extraordinary meeting in the Ottawa area, near Hammond, this summer, under a tent, near a BBQ, close to lots of beer, and a few rusty trucks sometime in August.

Outside of that, if any of our Forum members or visitors happen to be in Ottawa - for whatever reason, give any of the Rotters a call or email or just post it on the Forum...we will try to set up a meeting at a local establishment called Gracies...

Pending Wild Willy's schedule, the next meeting is on Tuesday night 21 March, 5 PM (Airforce Time Hack: Mickey's small hand will be on the number 5 and his big hand will be on the number 12 - find a sailor to explain if not clear) at Gracies on Olgilvie.

I'll be there 'cause Wild Willy has promised me countless glasses of the amber intoxicant on his chit.

Default Potty Training

Mark,

My dear ole Dad was in the Airforce, and I've been posted to a few airbases. One day I asked why there were no urinals in the "Mens' room. I was informed that Bluejobs sit to do their business, thus affording them time to "find" the offending device, go thru their check list, and upon voiding, to daub themselves so as not to soil their silk panties...

Alex,

Find a old zipperhead who remembers using overalls with a hood in the field and ask him about the problems with expedient sanitation at night with a misaligned hood...I'll take wet fingers anyday. Will chat upon return from Kars!
