One of the other things with a date is missing. The spring on the rear where the pintle is mounted has a year stamped on it.
The only other thing will be the engine/chassis number which is usually stamped on top of the chassis rail just behind the splash guard on the righthand side, but I assume you've already had a look for that.

Hi Derk!
1) Some of the parts I’m missing for my F15A are the plates on the driver´s door (publication plate, vehicle code plate and chassis record plate). They are stamped with special tool in aluminium. Do you have a posibility to replicate the plates? 2) There are plates on engine cover as well. In my truck they arn’t in aluminium, there are decals. Do you know anyone who makes the decals new? 3) I saw about 10 CMP-trucks in Austria, all of them had the plate for the sunvisor, but I havn’t seen one with them attached. None of my manuals shows a picture of them. Best regards Manfred |

Keith,
I was going to search for the number on the frame when it was sandblasted but will have a quick look to see if it's visible. Will the chassis serial number date the truck as to when it was built? Manfred, I have seen the 3 data plates for the CMP's that are blank and you can stamp in your trucks serial numbers and vehicle codes. They were advertised in the FOR SALE section,Keith,I believe, also may be able to help you out with them.I have not yet seen the shift plate decals reproduced and for sale yet but I am sure somebody has them.Put an ad in the for sale and wanted section for the decals and maybe somebody's reproduced them for their truck already.Mine is a metal plate riveted to the dog house.I have looked in the Canadian CMP manual and did not find any description or diagram of the sun visor which has me wondering why they put it there in the first place as they were built here in Canada and yet were not fitted with visors or list them in the parts manual. Regards,Derk.
