Having just gone through the steps in getting my Jeep registered you may still be sent out to get some more paperwork. One may be an independant Tax appraisal. It comes on a green sheet and is only for getting tax money. it doesn't even go to the MTO. Any used car dealer should be able to wright out one of these. If you'er planning to have it drivable you will still need a mechanical safety done and looking at the photos you still have some work ahead with ligths. (I do wish my CMP looked the same way though)

From what I remember on turn signals is that any of the historical vehicles over 80" need them. Anything less in width don't. I guess it will depend on where you measure from. There was also something about having reflectors and two brake lights. In my opinion turn signals should be installed on these trucks especially because the driver is one the wrong side compared to modern drivers and they wont be looking for your hand signals there even if they do understand them.

Check out the thread on my Jeep, they really made me go back and forth. http://www.class-five.com/~mlu/forum...ad.php?t=11633
