Hi Mike
I just took a look at your site and am impressed with your work .If you need more fine measurements em me . I would suggest that if you can get to a foundry with a clamp for a pattern they may be able to make some for you . I wonder what happen to the oridginal molds . If you are going to spotweld ,drill a hole 1/8 th in the out side metal than weld the inside metal till the hole is filled . I am doing the wood in a 1930 Fourdor Ford and will do a manual how I did it .I sure could have used one .It was a 2&1/2 month job . Sunny Alberta George
