Wow
 my motor to be completely striped and rebuilt cost me $1000 and she was not in good health. However i did spend around $400 on parts and we shall see what happens when i fire her up, i will know in two months or so. Its been great reading all your posts, your information on each step will help many of us who are learning the art of restoration.
