Hi, Picked this up on E-bay in with some random tools, I am assuming British Carrier tools, but havent checked the Manual, can anyone confirm?.

British tool
I have one like it in my 1928 Modle A Ford car that I have owned longer than the oridiginal owner so assume that it came with the car .
