Too hot to work here!
In fact you can't legally do any hot work (such as angle grinders) in the open today here in the southern parts of Australia.
In Melbourne at just after 6PM it's still 40C and Adelaide had 44 today, that's over 111F. Beer and shade are good options. Hobart in normally cooler Tasmania has had it's hottest day on record. What did it get up (or down) to where you are today?

At Ford Geelong
It got to 41 degrees today at work. It was actually cooler in the plant than outside, but only just. Had sweat pouring off me while doing some painting near our north facing wall.

Only 34 or 35 here in QLD. Was 43 on Monday.
I poured hot coffee on myself, just to cool down! Must be simply boiling in the antarctic, according to the trend of getting hotter in Australia the further south you go.

Back to reality, had to go weed spraying and cattle mustering for the next two hotter days. It's great to be self employed
