The last two are in Australia. The 6X6 armoured car is an Australian Marmon-Herrington Armoured Command Vehicle, one of two pilot vehicles built.

Some additional info on the second photo, Matilda 91019 tank men in southern Bouganville digging in for the night as a protection against Japanese shelling. Left to Right, Tpr. R.W.
