Default Austin K9 manual ?

Hello all,

Would anyone have a copy of the operator's or technical manual for the British Army spec Austin K9 GS/Cargo?

A local farmer has very kindly given me one which was said to be running but the cab was scrapped and the cargo box is full of rust holes.

Will need to adapt a civilian pattern cab if possible.

Cheers

Phill

Default civvy

Phil

My neighbour down the road owns a civilian 4X2 version of that truck, known as LODESTAR I think - the cab on it would be same or similar as your K9 DOG truck, probably .

The CFA ( Country fire Authority ) here had a fleet of Austin tankers from the 50's , based on that model . I remember them being sold very cheap during the 80's... they have all dissapeared it seems.

Here is one in NZ http://www.flickr.com/photos/23210521@N03/2942779124/

Default Would You ?

I would very much appreciate it if you could source one.

I have only access to the net from the local library and cannot 'play' on Ebay.

I'm more than happy to cover costs to you

Cheers

Phill
