Default CMP'S Dad and me have owned

Hi All,

I thought i would post some pictures of some of the CMP'S me and Dad have tried to save over the years.

Here are some pictures of a F60L that we found in a scrap yard in Cambridge UK some years back.

Due to lack of space it was scraped about 5 years later.

Thanks for the pics, Martin, although it's always a bit sad seeing them scrapped.

Default C60S WRECKER

This is a C60S Wrecker that was originaly from the Isle of wight this also ended up being scraped. It was used by a gararge called Popular Gararge, aparently there was a model made of this truck during its woking life in the 1960's which i did see in a book a few years back. there was also pictures of it in the wheels and tracks.

Default F60S LAAT

This Ford had only done 300 miles from new but as you can see by the picture there was not much left after standing in the rain for years. But with a little help and a coke can full of petrol she fired up and sounded great.

This truck has now been scraped and the good bits saved the engine is for sale if any one is intrested.

Default Winch

Late model and fitted with a winch by the looks of it. Glad to hear the good bits were saved.

And here are some of them being offered for sale at Beltring (source: CMPs at Beltring 2000). This was your "stall", wasn't it, Martin?

Yes that was me, some bits sold including a V8 points setting tool, ford brush gaurd and some small bits.

Ended up scrapping the ford cab 13 floor in the end tried to give it away with no luck.
