Default Picked up another M38A1

Well, it happened.... Found another 67 A1, and picked it up on Saturday. 38 k miles, good underbody with solid hat channels. Some rust to fix in the rockers, but nothing to serious. It has had kind of a bubba body job in the past, complete with barn green paint. Came with full canvas, heater, and a back seat. Front seats need recovered, but are in good shape, and still have the original seat pans and springs in them. Has been sitting for 5 years, not running on gas, but it fired on starting fluid. Needs a carb rebuild and the tank and lines cleaned.
Should be an easy restoration. My wife is just delighted with me..... haha.

Already posted the serial number and CFR in the CFR request thread, this A1 is 19 units newer than my other A1. Both delivered in March of 68.

Anyways, less words, more pics.

Hey...good looking canvas!

Tks for the pics...at last! a shot of the Ansul fire extinguisher bracket located right beside the SMG bracket!

See my other post on this thread. Any chance of taking a pic of the windshield motor tubing routing?

Hi Jon, I will try to get some pics of the hose routing tomorrow night. I actually think there is a schematic for the vacuum wipers on the downloads section over on willysmjeeps.com You will have to stop by the shop when you come up for the car show in June, this one should be well sorted by then.
