The seller is our vrey own Brad Mills. And I think those could be the parts he offered to me but I have yet to hear back from him.

If you didn't make him an offer, then there is certainly nothing binding. I have dealt with Brad many, many times in the same situation you are describing and always been able to work out a deal. Once your disappointment settles down, shoot Brad an email. You may also want to re-read your previous post and re-term some of it. Best not to burn too many bridges in this hobby. As Red-Green says, were all in it together.

Have to say i have had numerous dealings with Brad (for help) and he has always been good.......i am however gutted that these parts are now publicised the price will no doubt sky rocket
 .....

To set the record straight...
Our last correspondence on June 17th I asked you to make me a fair offer on the cooler bits. You didn't. After not hearing back from you with an offer I opted to list them on e-bay on July 8th, thats like three weeks later. I can't be any more fair then that. Brad
