The three photos of the radiator are clear as a bell. They load up fine.
My guess is that it belongs to a vehicle that has green paint and is ex-military

Here's something else people may be able to identify. It's 5 stud, made by Budd for dished wheels and of US origin.

The radiator mounts are the same as a J series Bedford but I carn't remember where the cap was to be shore of an id.
