Default Help Needed For Tank Parts ID

G'day All

I recently bought these parts. Although most are from the Grant and Stuart, I have been unable to identify some of the parts.

I am keen to know what vehicle the 'arrowed' parts are from.

Any help would be most appreciated

Hi
The large white rack in the second photo is the ready bin from a stag hound, just to the right of the driver....

Kind regards

Thanks Matt

Googled Staghound drivers compartment and found this illustration that shows the ammo can holder.

One down, three to go.

Tommy, the large box you have is the second to largest stowage box for a bren gun carrier and the box standing up without a lid is a bren carrier front tool box.
Regards
Colin.

Default tank parts

Tommy - the white lid with four strap feet is the lid off a 37mm ammo bin for grant I believe, there are several at the Nungarin Museum in the parts pile and I have one as well.

The tank in the first picture might be out of a Rover armoured car.

The other brackets are a bit of a mystery. We have several sets at Nungarin which we thought may have been something to do with the 2 pounder portees. I would love to know the right answer as well.

Cheers

Phill

G'day Phill

I had a good look at the photos in this link - http://www.oldcmp.net/rover_1.html - but could not see the oil tank. I have attached some close-up photos of the tank.

Yes I agree. The bracket/holder (see below) is a bit of a mystery.
