Hello Shane,

I look forward to following your progress, as will many others, I should imagine.
How complete is your vehicle? You have mentioned several pieces you are needing, but are there others?

The one piece of advice I would give is simply, photos, lots of photos! Photos here for us to see, and take heaps for yourself to store. My memory isn't good, so I take photos of everything, and at almost every stage of disassembly or reassembly. They have saved me from a great deal of head scratching when trying to fit something together again.

Do you have any maintenence manuals to assist you?

I don't currently have ability to use youtube. I'm using a Samsung tablet device, and it is problematic with youtube. Will fire up the old laptop tomorrow evening and have a look.

G'day Shane,

Aim for Corowa Swim-In before Anzac Day 2014.

Next year Corowa Swim-In is the Year of the Ford and WWI. so we need you to be there with your F60L Cab 12.

Regards Rick.

Well at the moment fuel tanks are getting done as is the motor, I am leaving a few dings in the panels here and there as that is look i want. I would like the look as it was when used by the Australian army not as it came off the line. Help from you all would be great thanks to all so far. Will post more photos soon.Cheers Shane

Nice work Shane, she'll look quite striking in Portland Stone. Interesting chassis extension, they've used the entire rear section off another chassis.
