David Gordon (Horsa) has on on his restored T16 so should have a good deal of info from his rebuild. I guess a lot of T16 rebuilds don't fit the original special T16 carb and go for a normal Solex or Ford CG type.

Stephen, do an advanced search for posts by a forum member "things_green"
You will find a thread from Brent that covers some of it.

tobin had some t16 carbs for sale not long ago, he also has probably the largest stock of t16 spares anywhere so might be worth sending him a pm.

What specifically are you trying to find out? The Windsor and T-16 had the same carb with a minor difference being the T-16 version used and automatic electric choke and the Windsor was set up for a manual choke. Some of the references in the T-16 manual use the part code for the Windsor version which made research a little complicated at first.

Mine has a manual choke. On the side there is a piston connected to a cam which has 3 holes in it I presume for adjustment. Mine has always been in the middle hole but is this the best position and what dose the piston do?

thanks Stephen
