Second Division Formation Sign Info Needed
A friend has a 1942 dated jeep that he wants to get magnetic formation signs made up for the Canadian 2nd Division. Does anyone have an electronic file (template) of the maple leaf over the divison sign that prints to actual size or know of a good way to recreate the maple leaf? Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Don't know if this will help, but the attached template is for the 2nd Cdn Armd Bde. It will at least give you an idea of the style of the Maple Leaf . Measurements: Fmn Sign: 7 inches Wide x 5 ½ inches High Maple Leaf: 3 ¾ inches High (bottom tip of stem to upper tip of leaf) x 3 1/8 inches Wide (tip to tip of leaf) Cheers

Somebody asked for a TIFF file of the maple leaf but I don't have the name or e-mail addy. PLease re-send. In the meantime I am re-posting the 1942 illustration for the proper placement of jeep markings.
